Phelps Creek is a boutique winery located in Oregon (Columbia Gorge AVA) and focussing on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. In the 2000s, owner Bob Morus collaborated with Alexandrine Roy, from famous Domaine Roy in Gevrey Chambertin, and now produces classic Burgundian wine style. He also makes some Gewurztraminer and Riesling.
The Riesling is sourced from the eastern sloped of the Underwood Mountain. Aromatic and off-dry with tropical fruit flavours well-balanced with a crisp acidity.
