The manual harvest consists in a careful selection of the grapes. Once the bunches reach the cellar, the soft pressing starts, followed by 10-12 days maceration. The aging is developed in steel tanks for 9 months. After the bottling, the wine matures a few months before the selling. The vineyards are located in the prestigious DOCG area of Mombaruzzo, in the district of Asti. The harvest is organized at the end of September.
