Straw yellow in color with greenish highlights, intense floral and fruity aromas, well structured with a balanced acidity and a long finish. Serve, at a temperature of 10° centigrade (50°Fahrenheit), with antipasti and all types of fish dishes.

Vinification
The Arneis grape were healthy with a fine concentration of sugars, acidity, and aroma. The bunches, picked into small packing cases, were given a soft pressing and the must then given a static settling at cool temperatures to separate the juice form its impurities. The must fermented for fifteen days at a maximum temperature of 18° centigrade (64° Fahrenheit). The wine was aged at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks for several months before bottling.
