Vernaiolo is one of the longest-standing members of the Rocca delle Macìe family, and has always served as the winery's most traditional example of Chianti. Still today, this lively ruby-red wine is ready to be consumed in the spring following the harvest, and retains its fresh and fruity characteristics for a long time.

Production Technique :
Following careful grape selection and maceration of the must over the grape skins for at least ten days, an advanced constant temperature fermentation technique is applied, yielding a pleasant full bodied wine that keeps its distinctive fruitiness for an extensive periodof time

Serve at a temperature of 18°C.
