Roses de Jeanne La Bolorée

Created in 2000, this estate, barely covering one hectare in the Côte des Bar region, adheres to sustainable practices, miniscule yields, careful vinification and limited production. On his micro-plots, Cédric Bouchard lives the philosophy of “one parcel, one variety, one wine, one vintage,” and fans of champagne snap up his creations.
 
“The Bolorée opens up in the glass to reveal exceptional depth, power and intensity. Historically, the Bolorée has needed a few years in bottle after release to show at its best.
