The Amarone of the Valpolicella of Santi is born in vineyards located in the historic towns of Negrar, Fumane and Marano in the province of Verona.
It is produced at 75% with Corvina grapes and 25% with Rondinella grapes, harvested only by hand during the month of October. Fermentation occurs traditionally in red at controlled temperature. Then the wine is aged in barriques for 24 months, and for a further 6 months in the bottle
