Lovely complexity of spices, raspberry and salinity. The inner perfume is hauntingly seductive and the soft delicate oak adds a great touch to the overall structure of the wine. Never overpowering, the depth from the old vines (over 60 years old) shines through. The wine is full of purity with excellent underlying mineral tension. As vinous as a Champagne could offer.
