Baron Philippe de Rothschild Mouton Cadet Reserve Pauillac
A glittering, deep vermilion red. The nose displays aromas of black cherry and blackcurrant liqueur, with a touch of fig and notes of vanilla and toast. From a round and full attack with burnished tannins, the mid-palate reveals powerful blackcurrant and blackberry fruit underpinned by the elegance of the tannins, leading into a long and beguiling finish enhanced by the vanilla and toast notes found on the nose.

Mouton Cadet is the flagship of the branded wines produced by Baron Philippe de Rothschild S.A. In 1996, a red wine with greater ageing potential was added, Reserve Mouton Cadet Médoc. Again, it was an immediate success, encouraging the creation of a partner white wine: Reserve Mouton Cadet Graves, launched worldwide in 1999. The Reserve Mouton Cadet range numbers five wines representing five prestigious Bordeaux appellations: Reserve Mouton Cadet Médoc, Reserve Mouton Cadet Saint-Émilion, Reserve Mouton Cadet Graves Rouge, Reserve Mouton Cadet Graves Blanc and Reserve Mouton Cadet Sauternes.
