Sourced from the wild rugged landscape of Pays Cathare. Which feature lovely cool nights and warm sun and wind off the Mediterranean. Making for excellent Pinot Noir conditions. All hand picked and utilising large oak barrels offering wonderful complexity, finesse and intensity.
