An interesting, complex and expressive wine, of intense red color with violet hues. It shows attractive aromas of black cherries and cassis with notes of tobacco, black chocolate and graphite. Amplus Carmenère is a powerful wine, with round tannins that provide a voluminous, ripe and seductive ending, showing the typicity and the special seal of Peumo in the Cachapoal Valley.

Product details
Vinification
The grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks for 7 days at 86ºF (30ºC) followed by a 6-day post-fermentation process. Upon completion of the malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months for greater complexity and structure.
