A medium-bodied vibrant Corvina, Rondinella and Merlot red wine blend made in a similar method as Amarone wines. When wine grapes are harvested, they are air-dried, thereby concentrating the flavours prior to fermentation. Lush and spicy with dried fruit, dark cherry, savoury herb and nutty flavours rich on the palate.
