Altivo Balance expresses the equilibrium from its conception in the vineyard, since the radicular part of the plant is in perfect harmony with its foliar part (canopy). The grapevine roots are essential for transporting water and nutrients from the soil, that is to say, for the growth and development of the plant. The leaves of the vine, as well, are essential in the process of photosynthesis, by which the plant stores energy in its fruits. The balance between these two parts of the plant, is condition without ecuanon to obtain these harmonic, elegant, and delicate wines.

Tasting Notes

Bright red-ruby. Dark currant, mocha, menthol and spicy oak on the nose. Rather suave and restrained, with distinctly cool flavors of briary dark raspberry, currant, licorice and menthol framed by firm acidity. Finishes with dusty tannins.

Excellent accompaniment to stews, red meat, seasoned food and "empanadas". Serve at 16-18 ºC.
