Powerful and dynamic on the palate supported by saline acidity. As the wine decants in the glass it shows refreshing floral flavors of violet, juniper wood and menthol. The power is very well balanced by the acidity that leads to a fresh and tasty finish with notes of liquorice.

The captivating nose evokes the limestone soil of the vineyard, its mineral notes are in fact stronger the varietal notes. It shows a coplex flavor profile of wild berries, black cherries and exotic citrus fruits.

Vinification and ageing:
The clusters were hand-picked into 10kg boxes and then manually selected on the sorting table. The grapes were vinified in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. The wine then remained French oak barriques (30% new) for 18 months in the temperaturecontrolled cellar. After bottling the wines aged a further 18 months minimum in the bottle prior to release.แบรนด์
