C'D'C '(Cristo di Campobello) - is a gentle, refreshing and refined Italian dry red wine with the classic character created from a blend of varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Nera d'Avola. The vineyards are located in the vast province of Agrigento, mostly on limestone soils at an altitude of 230 to 270 meters above sea level. Stocking density - 5,000 plants per hectare. When the grapes reach optimal maturity level, the grapes are carefully collected and placed in a special small boxes. After careful selection of berries, they are separated by ridges. The fermentation of grape skins takes 10-15 days and occurs in stainless steel tanks under carefully controlled temperature. Then the wine is aged for six months in the tanks of the same material. After bottling, the wine spends another 3 months in the cellar of the winery. Wine storage capacity - up to 5 years.
