Tasting notes
Intense colour with glints of dark garnet.
The nose has good intensity, with a definite presence of strawberry and cherry notes that is a common characteristic of the 2011 wines; this is a fresh, crisp vintage.
On the palate, the attack is supple and direct, there is less concentration than in previous years, and it is in terms of finesse that this vintage really asserts itself. The finish is long and harmonious, well supported by the tannins, which are very elegant despite their youth.
