The is great expression here on the nose, with red cherries, bergamot and fresh strawberry scents that unfurl in the glass, gaining vigor all the time. There is even a hint of star anise with time. The palate is medium-bodied with a candied opening, fresh and lively with licorice notes lingering in the mouth. This is showing beautifully and should continue to evolve over the next few years. This is a delight."
