Brilliant straw yellow with vibrant aromas of melon and peach and subtle caramel and smokey oak tones. A fresh and lively palate with rich flavours of melon and peach and a hint of grapefuit. Barrel maturation has imparted a silky, slightly creamy mouthfeel and subtle oak underscore which extends through a lingering finish.
