Tyrrell's Cabernet Sauvignon "Moore's Creek"

W I N E M A K E R ’ S N O T E S :

A blend of selected parcels of fruit sourced from Australia’s premium regions. The fruit was fermented in stainless steel potter tanks with regular pumping over to ensure optimum colour, tannin and extraction. After fermentation the wine was matured in a mixture of French and American oak before bottling. Alc 13%

TA S T I N G N O T E S :

Aromas of black cherries, wild berries and some spice. A full bodied red, its palate is intense and rich with dark plum and firm tannins.

S E R V I N G S U G G E S T I O N S :

The aromas and colour hint at the intensity of this wine. A full-bodied red, that will make it an ideal accompaniment to red meats and aged cheeses.
