This popular varietal is sourced from a number of premium grape growing regions around south eastern Australia. The grapes were crushed in their respective regions before the being brought to the Hunter Valley where the wines were fermented. Following a cool fermentation in stainless steel vessels using aromatic yeasts to maximize the grape’s fragrant qualities, the wine was quickly filtered and blended to retain its fresh sherbet fruit flavours.
