This wine is a beautiful golden shade with light green hues. Aromas of pastries, vanilla, candied pear, acacia honey, white pepper followed by touches of acid apple and finely wooden orange blossom. To the palate is a grilled brioche, pecans and touches of oak wood brought with the vinification in barrels. Lingering finish with fine notes of fresh hazelnut, Menton lemon and ginger. Ideal with a seafood platter (urchins, Marennes oysters).
