The colour is a green yellow with light golden hues. On the nose is candied citruses with a touch of vanilla as a first impression followed by notes of chalk, fresh leather, almond and spices, all of which are typical traits of a calcareous soil, the Chardonnay variety and the many months spent in cellar. To the palate, expressions of honey, biscuits/boudoirs, and finely grilled brioche with candied citruses. Perfect as an aperitif but also with a seafood platter or with bass or grilled salmon with olive oil.
