This Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Maipo Valley. Its aromas show red fruits, such as sour cherries and prunes, mingled with notes of mint, tobacco and toast. On the palate the wine has a great structure with ripe tannins and a long persistence. It pairs perfectly with grilled red meats, spicy dishes and ripe cheeses.

Vinification
The grapes were crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 7 days at 86ºF (30ºC) followed by another 6 days of post-fermentation maceration. Upon completion of the malolactic fermentation, the wine was barrel aged for 8–10 months to obtain and deliver greater complexity and structure.
