This Merlot comes from the Maipo Valley and shows notes of chocolate and vanilla along with red fruits and roasted coffee. It feels very silky on the palate, with a great structure and tannins that are round and ripe. It makes a good companion to meats, stews, pasta and cheeses.

Vinification
The grapes were crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 7 days at 86ºF (30ºC) followed by another 6 days of post-fermentation macerations. Upon completion of the malolactic fermentation, the wine was barrel aged for 8–10 months to obtain and deliver greater complexity and structure.
