Tasting notes: Intense and deep bright red colour. Attractive aroma with clear varietal identity, reminds to red fruits such as plums and cherries, mixed with sweet peppers. The vanilla aromas that come from oak aging deliver hints of elegance and complexity. Its sweet and velvety tannins, together with a broad structure and a long finish, turns this wine in a really attractive option.
Serving suggestions: Perfect to match grilled or barbecued red and white meats, hard cheeses and rice courses. Serve at 16-18°C. Ageing potential is 3 years
